Shipping & Returns

Order Processing:

  • Orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days.

  • Orders placed before 4 PM UAE time are usually shipped the same business day.

  • Orders placed after 4 PM, or on Fridays, weekends, or public holidays, are shipped the next business day.

Delivery Times:

  • UAE: 1 business day

  • GCC countries (Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, Bahrain, Qatar, Oman): 2 to 3 business days

  • Bulky shipments may take 7 to 10 days if surface shipping is required.

Shipping Limitations:

  • Delivery to PO boxes or military addresses depends on courier availability.

  • Remote locations may require additional delivery days.

  • Free shipping applies only to specific products as mentioned on the website.

Duties and Taxes for GCC:
Orders shipped to GCC countries may be subject to customs duties or taxes. These charges are determined by the destination country and are the customer's responsibility.

Order Cancellation Policy:

  • Orders can be cancelled within 2 hours of placing the order if they have not been processed.

  • To cancel an order, email support@mistridesigns.com with your order number.

  • Orders that have already been processed or shipped cannot be cancelled.

  • Approved cancellations may include a 5 percent processing fee.

Return and Exchange Policy:

Returns or exchanges are accepted only when:

  • The product is defective,

  • The product was damaged during transit, or

  • An incorrect item was delivered.

Return Window:

Return or exchange requests must be made within 15 days of delivery.

Return Requirements:

  • The item must be in the same condition as received.

  • All original packaging, tags, and accessories must be included.

  • Photos or videos showing the defect must be provided.

What We Offer:

Non-Eligible Situations:

Returns or exchanges are not accepted if:

  • The item was damaged after delivery due to misuse,

  • Packaging, accessories, or components are missing,

  • The returned product does not match what was originally sent,

  • The item is a gift card or a pre-order item.

How to Request a Return or Exchange:

  1. Email support@mistridesigns.com with your order number, explanation of the issue, and photos or videos.

  2. Wait for approval and return instructions before sending the item.

  3. After the item is received and inspected, an exchange or store credit will be issued.

Refund Policy:

  • Refunds are issued only when we are unable to ship your order due to stock or processing issues.

  • Refunds are processed within 5 to 7 business days.

  • For defective items, we provide exchanges or store credit, not refunds.
